Thank you for inquring about our condo located on "Restaurant Row" of Myrtle Beach. Please keep in mind that this is our private home at the beach. We are very particular about whom we rent to since this is our "home away from home" and have expended a great deal of time, energy, and money maintaining our unit. This is our investment and therefore we expect the utmost care and respect from our renters. We only rent to responsible adults and families. We do not rent to young adults, college students, or large groups of people.

Our condo is on the first floor and sleeps six comfortably. There are two bedrooms, two baths, and it is fully furnished. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, cable television, and its own bath. The second bedroom has twin beds and cable TV. The living room has a pull-out, full size sofa bed.

The condo is equipped with three TVs, one VCR/DVD player, iron and ironing board, coffee pot, toaster, blender, microwave, dishwasher, pots and pans, dishes, and glasses. A coin-operated laundry room is located directly adjacent to our unit. The complex/condo is an ocean front location, with our unit having an ocean view from the balcony (pictured above).
