Condo Rules

• No pets allowed! Building manager will notify us and you will be asked to leave.
  
• Weekly rentals are Saturday, 3:00 PM check-in to Saturday, 10:00 AM check-out in order to allow ample time for cleaning
• Bed linens and towels are in the bedroom closets. If you use them, you must wash them and put them back before you leave. Otherwise, you may bring your own.
• Our cleaning service notifies us of any damages, thefts, or additional cleaning caused by neglect of tenant. These will result in additional costs that the tenant will be billed for. Premises are to be left clean and intact as per when you arrived.
• There is NO SMOKING in the condo, but you may use the balcony outside for smoking.
• Private closet in the hallway is the owners' and is not to be tampered with.
• Barbeque grills are located on both sides of the building. Cooking on balconies is not permitted.
• Renters are responsible for their guests.
• No motorcycles or trailers are allowed on the property.
